Formed in 1997 the Pop Junkies have performed in 1000's of venues both as a Pop, Rock band but also in country venues as their alter ego "The Concrete Cowboys" the combined members have worked with some of the best know entertainers in the music industry both as musicians and as studio session players. They all write music, sing, perform (a couple of them can even dance, the triple threat!). They play music for one reason (well maybe several) they enjoy playing for and entertaining audiences.

The band is in the studio now writing and recording not one but two studio albums both set for release in late spring of this year. One album will be for their die-hard Pop Junkie fans and the other will be released in the Adult contemporary and Country markets.

They come from a time when putting on a show was important and they play each night as if they were playing to a crowd of 10,000 even if there's only several hundred in a room. They tour with a state of the art sound system and a light show that would make most bands envious.

You will understand why there's such a buzz about this band and why the new CD's are being eagerly anticipated both by their longtime fans and the recording industry. They are a fun loving talented group of musicians fortunate enough to have found each other and play and write the music they all enjoy so much.
